1. Shipping Rates & Fees

 

United States:

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL U.S. orders of $65 USD and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 USD applies to all orders under $65.

Australia:

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL Australian orders of AU$90 and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of AU$11.99 applies to all orders under AU$90.

Canada:

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL Canadian orders of CA$90 and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of CA$10.99 applies to all orders under CA$90.

United Kingdom (U.K.):

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL U.K. orders of £50 and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £5.99 applies to all orders under £50.

New Zealand:

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL N.Z. orders of NZ$110 and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of NZ$13.99 applies to all orders under NZ$110.

Brazil:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $65 USD and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 USD applies to all orders under $65.

Japan:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders of ¥10,350 and above.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ¥1,115 applies to all orders under ¥10,350.

 

2. Delivery Times (Including Processing)

Delivery times are automatically shown at checkout for every destination. You can also refer to the current timeframes here. These are estimated business days from the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your door.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons or promotional sales. We currently do not ship to any other location than those listed above. Stay tuned!

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

  • Carrier Updates: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier's system after your package has departed our facility.

  • Track via Account: You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time by logging into your Kinetic Republic account.

  • Notifications: After clicking your tracking link, you may sign up for automated email notifications to receive real-time updates on your shipment’s progress.

4. Import Duties, VAT, and Customs

For customers outside the United States, extra VAT, customs duties, or import fees may be imposed by your local authorities. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Local Regulations: We recommend familiarizing yourself with your local customs policies, as Kinetic Republic is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Important Shipping Notices

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, depending on the product type, they may occasionally ship in separate packages to ensure you receive them as fast as possible.
