Refund policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Claim Window: You must submit your claim within 14 days of receiving the product.

Requirement: Please submit your request along with your order number through our Contact Form. We will contact you by email for the next steps.

To verify a claim, we will contact you by email for you to provide:

A clear, high-resolution photo of the specific defect.

A photo of the original shipping label attached to the packaging.

A photo of the entire garment to confirm it is unworn and in its original condition.

Inspection: Kinetic Republic reserves the right to request that the item be returned to our quality control facility for physical inspection before a refund or replacement is authorized.

Resolution: Once the error is verified by our production team, we will arrange for a reprint or a refund. Note: Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Packages Lost in Transit
For packages that fail to arrive, we will provide a replacement or refund, provided the shipping address was correct and the carrier has not marked it as "Delivered."

Claim Window: Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Non-Liability: Kinetic Republic is not responsible for packages where the tracking information shows a successful delivery to the address provided. In these cases, we recommend contacting the local carrier or your local authorities.
3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because our items are printed on demand at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Size Selection: To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the Size Chart located on each product page before placing your order, and cross-reference with the Models' worn sizes and body stats. Please allow a few cm discrepancy from the displayed measurements and the actual printed product measurements. You can also contact us for any sizing questions. Note that the size recommender is for guiding purposes only and does not guarantee the size or fit of your expectation, nor the communicated expected fit.

Liability: We cannot bear the cost of a replacement or refund if a customer orders the wrong size or changes their mind after the product has been printed.
4. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require a new shipping fee to be sent back out to you.

Time Limit: Any returned items that are not claimed for reshipment within 14 days will be disposed of.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders are automatically sent for fulfillment centers within hours of receipt. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. Once an order has entered the printing process, cancellations are no longer possible.
